Eric S. Jenney, 58, of 132 North Ridge Road, Westfield, had three charges of possess child pornography dismissed nolle prosequi. Previously, Jenney had three charges of possess firearm without FID card and one charge store improperly firearm dismissed upon request of defendant on July 26, 2017. All charges brought by Westfield Police.
Joshua Perrier, 18, of 12 Madison St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, improper operation of motor vehicle, person under 21 possess liquor, speeding in violation of special regulation, marked lanes violation, operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent and negligent operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.
Omy J. Calderon, 22, of 28 Florida St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 11, 2017 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Westfield Police.
