Guennadi Moskalemko, 41, of 16 Oak Ave. Extension, Westfield, was released on $100 cash bail pending a Feb. 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery on someone over 60/disabled with injury, brought by Westfield Police.
