Joseph Reale, 22, of 136 Queen Ave., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and disturbing the peace brought by State Police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $300. In addition, he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and speeding in violation of special regulations and was again placed on probation for one year. He was fined $150.
Peter E. Noga Sr., 46, of 919 Southampton Road, was held in lieu of $2,500 bail after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Jacob M. Samborski, 25, of 13 Laurel Ave., saw a charge of disorderly conduct ordered dismissed pending payment by Jan. 9 of a $200 probation service fee.
