Anatoliy Volivetskiy, 65, of 85 Beveridge Blvd. Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a Feb. 7, 2018 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on +60/disabled with injury and assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.

Curtis J. Fish, 29, of 45 B King St., Westfield, had a charge of possession class A drug admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Dec. 6, 2018, with fees assessed, brought by Westfield Police.
Daniel R. Dacruz, 27, of 29 Letendre Ave., Ludlow, was placed on probation until Sept. 6, 2018 with fees assessed after pleading guity to a charge of violate abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield Police.
Carrie A. Pouliot, 39, of 4 Lafayatte St., Enfield, had charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery on police officer admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Dec. 6, 2018, with fees assessed on the former charge, brought by Westfield Police.
Kaitlyn M.
