Christian Junco, 39, of 101 Lowell St., Springfield, received a six-month sentence to House of Corrections after pleading guilty to a charge of intimidating a witness, juror, police or court official, but had a charge of assault and battery dismissed, brought by Westfield Police.
Ashley A. Fortin, 31, of 215 Silver St., Granville, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending a Jan. 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 from someone over 60 or disabled, possession of a class A drug and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.
