Courtney R. LeBlanc, 24, of 91 Federal St., Springfield, was released on $500 personal surety pending a February 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and conspiracy, brought by Westfield police.
Zenaida Soto-Morales, 60, of 185 Dwight St., Springfield, was released on $500 personal surety pending a February 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and conspiracy, brought by Westfield police.
Kyle W. Schott, 21, of 40 Mt. Laurel Drive, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class E drug, brought by Westfield police.
Theresa M. Uribe, 35, of 437 Wells Road, Becket, was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Russell State Police.
Sonya M. Murray, 33, of 291 North Elm St., was placed on six months probation after charges of larceny over $250 were continued without finding and had charges of felony breaking and entering a building in the nighttime and trespass dismissed, and had separate charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme amended to larceny under $250 dismissed upon payment of $119 in restitution, brought by Westfield police.
Kris Lawrence, 28, of 82 Noble St., had charges of assault and battery on family/household member and assault and battery with dangerous weapon dismissed without prejudice after victim failed to appear, brought by Westfield police.
Alejandro Monet, 21, of 95 Linden St., Holyoke, was placed on six months probation after charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding, was found responsible for possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and person under 21 possessing liquor, and had charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Denzel Grace, 23, of 168 Elm St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not having inspection sticker number plate violation and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield police.
