Richard L. Crawford, 44, of 78 Paul Revere Drive, Agawam, was held on $500 cash pending a January 19 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as HTO and missing registration sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Kecia L. Hague, 50, of 187 Mort Vining Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Southwick police.
Garry S. Myers, 49, of 194 S. Quarter Road, Russell, was placed on one-year probation, fined $707 and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, had charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, brought by Westfield police.
Nicolas J. Sheldon, 23, of 40 Noble Ave., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, motor vehicle lights violation and not having inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Christopher A. Callahan, 25, of 3 Pine Knoll, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
