Eric Daniel Sadler, 23, of 28 Brenda Drive, pleaded guilty to charges of using a motor vehicle without authority, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and was sentenced to concurrent nine month terms in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial since Oct. 29.

Christine M. Smith, 53, of 38 Birchwood Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and failure to yield at an intersection brought by Southwick police.
Timothy R. Lafave, 26, of 11 Noble Ave., was released on $200 cash bail pending a March 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Brett J. Pierce, 20, of 220 City View Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Tanya Redick, 34, of 11 Knollwood Drive, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 13 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of uttering a false check and larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person 65 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police
