Michael Vecchio, 45, of 30 Granville Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Shawn A. Daniels, 20, of 55 Paulk Terrace, Springfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and was assessed $100. A charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession was not prosecuted.
