Sarah L. Meade, 28, of 21 Summer St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of failing to stop for police, brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas J. Wescott, 25, of 67 Davis Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of two counts of forgery of check, two counts of utter false check larceny over $250 by single scheme and larceny under $250, brought by Southwick police.
Clifford D. Gilkes, 47, of 126 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, brought by Westfield police.
Alejandro Rivera, 37, of 186 Grattan St., Chicopee, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended continued without finding, dismissed upon payment of $100, and had the following charges dismissed: operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and number plate violation to conceal identity, brought by Southwick police.
Darren J. Barsalou, 45, of 547 Montgomery Road, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended continued without finding, dismissed upon payment of $100 and had charges of uninsured motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Gary M. Beach, 49, of 30 Rosedell Drive, was released in lieu of $1,000 personal surety pending a January 26 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on police officer, resisting arrest, larceny from person, witness/juror/police/court official intimidation and threat to commit a crime, and released in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a January 26 hearing after being arraigned on separate charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police.
Susan Norton, 55, of 81 S. Maple St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a February 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of utterg a false check and larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by Westfield police.
Michael A. Suchenicz, 27, of 154 Parkview Drive, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
