Douglas Larouche, 21, of 159 South St., Chesterfield, was placed on one year probation, fined $707 and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, was found not responsible for marked lanes violation and speeding and had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
Elmer Y. Cruz, 24, of 102 Meadow St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended dismissed upon payment of $50, brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey T. Greenwood, 27, of 4 Williams St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended dismissed upon payment of $100 and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker, brought by Russell State Police.
Robert Heroux, 55, of 47 Broad St., Apt. B23, had charges of six counts of distribution of a Class B drug and separate charges of obtaining a drug by fraud, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after being indicted and arraigned in Hampden County Superior Court.
Missy C. Stoddard, 34, of 82 W. Silver St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended and license not in possession, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Magaly Reyes, 47, of 196 Oak St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a February 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, brought by Westfield police.
Gerard Desjardins, 32, of 146 Overlook Drive, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Westfield police.
