Nicholas R. Rheaume, 22, of 258 Rock Valley Road, Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and assault with a dangerous weapon brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation until June 15, 2018. He was assessed $300.
Michael L. Niquette, 59, of 349 N. Loomis St, Southwick saw charges of assault and battery on a person older than 65 or disabled and intimidating a witness brought by Southwick police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Tykei T. Copeland, 21, of 11 Longview St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until Aug. 14, 2018. He was assessed $300 and charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 were not prosecuted.
