Dana C. Hebda, 54, of 57 Orange St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a misdemeanor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Timothy R. Shink, 22, of 10 Cedar St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of racing a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Shawn Kelly, 34, of 52 Sampson St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Lisa L. Rouselle, 43, of 251 Green Manor Road, Enfield, Connecticut, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 15 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Melissa Rodriguez, 30, of 41 Hubbard St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 15 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police.
Patrick M. Greaney, 26, of 90 Orange Street, was found to have violated probation imposed when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of uttering a false check and a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and guilty finding were entered on the charges. He was sentenced to a 127-day term in the house of correction. He was also found to have violated probation in a second case brought by Westfield in which he had submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for four charges of uttering a false check and a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and again guilty findings were entered. He was sentenced to a second concurrent 127 day term in the house of correction
Kaylynn A. Stark, 27, of 8 Cycle St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 3 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
Luis O. Rivera, 45, of 825 Chicopee St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and speeding brought by Westfield police.
John A. Suslik, 54, of 24 Murray Ave., saw charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the named victim when she asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
