Darryl Whitaker, 54, of Hampshire House of Corrections, 205 Rocky Hill Road, Northampton, saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by the Massachusetts Probation Service ordered to be dismissed upon payment of restitution in the amount of $350. A charge of wanton destruction of property valued at more than $250 was dismissed by agreement between the defendant and the commonwealth.
