Patrick D. Millar, 31, of 1172 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Nemencio Pinto, 53, of 21 East Bartlett St, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Justin D. Hitchcock, 22, of 9 Curtis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and a charge of disturbing the peace was not prosecuted.
Marivet Guzman, 50, of 58 Roosevelt Ave., Chicopee, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 10 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of improper use of a credit card and two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 from a person older than 60 year-of-age or disabled brought by Westfield police.
Kathleen M. Brzys, 43, of 42 Arnold St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny from a person older than 65 year-of-age brought by Westfield police.
Jacob T. Clark, 19, of 15 Patriots Way, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Grady K. Hughes, 18, of 18 Pearl Buck Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and intimidating a witness brought by Agawam police. In a second case brought by Southwick police, Hughes was again released on his personal recognizance pending an April 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, vandalizing property and speeding.
