Ruby L. James, 52, of 30 Taylor Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $250.
Nicholas J. Broden, 22, of 44 River St., Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Broc Gendron, 34, of 100 Brookwood Drive, Longmeadow, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Shannon L. King, 30, of 18. Msgr. Lydon Way, Dorchester, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution.
Patrisha Colon, 27, of 111 Elizabeth Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $250, larceny of property valued less than $250 from a person older than 60 years-of age or disabled and identity fraud brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Kenneth W. Francis, 35, of 51 Walter St., Chicopee, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, vandalizing property, larceny of property valued less than $250 and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Joseph D. Baldarelli, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Shaun Hitchcock, 26, of 77 South Maple St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of making an illegal wire tap brought by Westfield police.
