Jami L. Harrington, 22, of 105 Whitaker Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license in her possession, speeding and a marked lanes violation.
Josh Niemiec, 27, of 5 Gloria Drive, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Robert A. Berube Jr., 48, of 15 High St., Greenfield, saw charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and attempting to commit a crime dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
