Steven M. Raskauskas, 17, of 92 Meadow St., saw a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
Keith A. Raymond, 40, of 64 Scenic Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Cynthia Poole, 42, of 45 Liswell Drive in Feeding Hills, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a May 2 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick Police.
