Anthony M. Marcella II, 47, of 71 Kirchner Road, Hinsdale, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
James H. Gagnon, 49, of 306 Elm St., pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police.
Timothy M. Rule, 32, of 22 Cocharen St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction concurrent with a term imposed by another court. A charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 was not prosecuted. In a separate case brought by Westfield police, Rule also pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation and was sentenced to a second concurrent six month term. A charge of trespass was dismissed.
Christopher M. Baldwin, 28, of 59 Wayfair Ave., Chicopee, saw a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick dismissed by the court.
Dynasty Harris, 20, of 7 Bucholz St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 10 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield State Police.
Matthew Sabourin, 31, of 226 College St., Chicopee, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a March 21 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250.
James Baginski, 51, of 143 Holyoke Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and was placed on probation for one month. He was assessed $50.
Lawrence Duval, 50, of 1 Cordes Court, South Hadley, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock as required by a license restriction and was sentenced to a 180 day term with credit for time served concurrent with a sentence imposed by a Holyoke court. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Robert Berube, 48, of 273 Shelburne Line Road, Colrain, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation and was sentenced to time served while awaiting trial since November 23, 2012.
