Gary M. Hutchins, 36, of 47 Broad St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Tina M. Beaudry, 37, of 20 Babb Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police and was placed on probation for one month. She was assessed $50 and was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim.
David A. Brown Jr., 22, of 580 North Road submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Anastasia Clements, 19, of an address restricted by the court, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle were not prosecuted.
