Jeffrey T. Greenwood, 24, of 4 William St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $140.
Evan Cioffi, 18, of 308 Springdale Road, was placed on pretrial probation for three months and ordered to pay restitution of $52 after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police as separate cases.
Alexi M. Cyr, 20, of 36 Jefferson St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution to be determined.
Jeffrey Procon, 40, of 614 Granby Road, Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $90
Adria A. Mejia-Tejada, 21, of 79 Rockland St., South Dartmouth, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 18 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, failure to stop or yield and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
