Ernie Garcia, 33, of 3 Lawn Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 3 hearing after he was arraigned for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by State Police.
Christopher A. Szczepanek, 25, of 7 Sibley Ave., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a March 8 hearing after he was arraigned for a charge of possession of a Class D drug with the intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Thomas A. Roberts, 45, of 567 State St. Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police. He was fined $50 and assessed $50.
Jacqueline H. Kochanowski, 27, of 24 Taylor St. Springfield, was held in lieu of $250 bail pending a March 8 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of credit card fraud valued more than $250 and charges of credit card fraud valued less than $250, larceny of property valued under $250, and larceny of property valued more than $250.
Ramon Gonzalez Jr., 32, of 15 Leonard Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 10 hearing after he was arraigned for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
