Christian M. Burton-Hill, 33, of 40 Rittenhouse Terrace, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority brought by Westfield police.
Jolean S. Carr, 28, of 52 Cooley Rd., North Granby, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50 and a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member was not prosecuted.
Nicholas A. Sabadosa, 32, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and failure to drive in the right lane brought by Westfield police.
Darrell L. Carroll, 46, of 75A Miller Road, Russell Springs, Ky., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a finding of responsibility for a charge of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Thomas P. McClure, 23, of 96 Joseph Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police.
Jessica P. Stacy, 30, of 342 Southwick Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, failure to yield at an intersection and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
