Gary D. Musial, 48, of 12 Meadow St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws was not prosecuted.
Kimberly A. Donovan, 54, of 785 Center St., Ludlow, saw charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, assault with dangerous weapon and defacing property brought by Southwick police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Jacob M. Samborski, 28, of 13 Laurel Drive, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Michael C. Hawkins, 59, of no fixed address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to charges of violation of a harassment prevention order and breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial. The judge ordered that the term be served concurrently with a term imposed in a previous case.
Carlos O. Noel, 18, of no fixed address in Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery with serious personal injury brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offense in superior court. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, a charge of shoplifting by asportation was not prosecuted.
Yevgeniy Y. Babinov, 27, of 9 Hedges Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
