Daniel J. Plasse, 24, of 19 Hillary Lane, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit
brought by State Police.
Craig A. Riel, 35, of 9 Bush St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Paul S. Gallo, 66, of 128 Elm St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery on a victim older than 60 years of age brought by Westfield police.
