A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Russell police against Adrianne L. Kunz, 42, of 13 Kennedy Drive, Huntington, was ordered to be dismissed upon immediate payment of $50 in court costs.
Christopher Rivera, 27, of 67 Bridge St., Apt. 23, Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction, suspended with probation until Feb. 12, 2020. He was assessed $50.
Trevor R. Lucia, 22, of 10 King Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 10, 2020 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation brought by Westfield police.
Vitaliy K. Oliyevskiy, 18, of 2 Corey St., Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 10, 2020, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and two charges of failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Eric S. Carlson, 40, of 176 Porter Road, East Longmeadow, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600 and his license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
