A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought against Masonor C. Putu, 29, of 577 Western Ave., Westfield, by Westfield State University police was ordered to be dismissed upon immediate payment of $300 in court costs. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought against Jesus M. Cruz-Colon, 34, of 58 Adrian Ave., West Springfield, by Westfield police was ordered be dismissed upon immediate payment of $100 in court costs. He was found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation.
Michelle I. Parker, 34, of 651 Holyoke Road, Westfield, was held in lieu of $200 cash bail pending a Feb. 12 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of improper use of credit card valued less than $1,200 and single charges of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and larceny of a credit card brought by Westfield police.
William L. Matos, 51, of 1107 Huntington Road, Huntington, pleaded guilty to charges of leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 60 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Damond G. Mohown-Fee, 42, of 101 Washington St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months months. He was assessed $50. Mohown-Fee also submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a number plate violation of conceal identification and was placed on probation for the rest of the day.
