Kevin P. Beck, 46, of 17 Tanger Circle, Tariffville, Conn. submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for 18 months. He was assessed $300 and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of leaving the scene of property damage was dismissed the request of the Commonwealth and he was found to be not responsible for marked lanes violation.
Shannon A. Schoppman, 43, of 29 Colonial Ave. Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300 and her license was suspended for 45 days.
