Rashaun A. Daniels, 22, of 8 Curtis Road, Building 0, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery in an attempt to disarm a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Jean C. Perez, 31, of 92 Pasadena St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
