Jeremy Tallis, 29, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 by false pretenses brought by Westfield police.
Shane A. Mineau, 22, of 114 Meadow St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Michelle Douglas, 33, of 25 Day Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a singe scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one months. The charge will be dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment and $640 in restitution.
