Jack E. O’Connor, 24, of 53 Briarcliff Drive, Westfield, saw a charge of violation of a municipal ordinance brought by Westfield police dismissed upon immediate payment of $100 in court costs.
Nicholas Losee, 22, of 55 Cedar Road, Longmeadow saw a charge of violation of a municipal ordinance brought by Westfield police dismissed upon immediate payment of $100 in court costs.
Dominic V. Veto, 19, of 15 Susan Drive, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Jan. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Christian S. Velez, 24, of 126 Union St., Apt. 215, Westfield, saw charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by State Police not prosecuted.
