Pablo Martinez, 48, of no fixed address in Springfield, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Jan, 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Martinez was again held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Jan, 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200. In a third case, also brought by Westfield police, Martinez was again held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Jan, 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $1,200.
