Tylor G. Labrecque, 23, of 102 Meadow St., 1st Floor, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 12, 2022, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Labrecque was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 12, 2022, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace.
Rong P. Wu, 46, of 5561 21st Ave. S., Seattle, Wash., was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail pending a Dec. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of trafficking in more than 50 pounds but less than 100 pounds of marijuana, possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute and possession of more than 12 marijuana plants brought by Westfield police.
