Timothy M. Fuller, 43, of 137 Carrington Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of threatening to commit a crime brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of assault was not prosecuted.
Meghan Doolan, 22, of 3 Payson Road, Natick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield State University police.
Jason A. Roy, 43, of 176 Allen St., Hampden, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Heitor J. Cuevas, 32, of 72 Crane Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit brought by Russell police.
