Stanley R. Lachtara Jr., 40, of 54 Wood Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police, and the charge was continued without a finding, with probation for one year. He was ordered to attend and complete the batterer’s program.
Zachary K. Morin, 19, of 8 Arrow St., Enfield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a Jan. 13, 2022, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
Dustyn M. Rossman, 22, of 74 Memorial Drive, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a Jan. 24, 2022, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of personal injury, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
