Noah M. St. Pierre, 23, of 734 Holyoke Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Linda M. Stone, 32, of 20 Hopkins Road, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7, 2020, hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and malicious destruction of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
