Joseph S. Vazquez, 24, of 50 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of distribution of a Class B brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for nine months. He was assessed a $150 drug analysis fee.
Joseph P. Molina, 24, of 105 Clarendon Ave., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Shawn S. Sanford, 40, of 243 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Joshua C. Thans, 19, of 41 Pochassic St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police.
Jonathan D. Savoy, 32, of 28 Briarwood Place, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Hector L. Martinez, 22, of 34 Meadow St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Roger W. Cortis Jr., 42, of 2 Cycle St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police.
