Kathryn E. Allen, 24, of 1 Bungalow St., Southwick had a charge of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon request of defendant and failure to prosecute. Charges brought by State Police of Russell.
Johnnie D. Neal, Jr., 58, of 15 Dawes St., Springfield, was placed on probation until January 31, 2019 with fees assessed, after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a class A drug, while a charge of operation of motor vehicle with license suspended was filed guilty with defendant’s consent, On the charge of speeding Neal was found not responsible. All charges brought by Westfield Police.
Steven M. White, 24, of 52 Buckingham Dr., Southwick, had a charge of attempt to commit a crime, to wit: larceny under $250 admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 31, 2019, with fees assessed, brought by Southwick Police.
Rachel E. Wallis, 22, of 48 Hoskins Road, Simsbury, had a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding with probation until Jan. 31, 2019, with fees assessed, while charges of possession open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and failure to stop/yield found not responsible, and a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Southwick Police.
Joshua R. Grandchamp, 32, of Chicopee, was released on $500 personal surety and with pretrial conditions pending a March 28 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Southwick Police.
John A. Sein, III, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Feb. 28 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield Police.
