Michael S. Oemcke, 37, of 25 Collins St., Westfield, had charges of number plate violation to conceal ID and uninsured motor vehicle admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 5, 2018, with fees assessed on the former charge, while a charge of unregistered motor vehicle found not responsible, brought by Westfield Police. Oemcke also had charge of number plate violation to conceal ID admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 5, 2018, with fees assessed, while a charge of remove/alter motor vehicle VIN was dismissed nolle prosequi and a charge of unregistered motor vehicle found not responsible, brought by Southwick Police.
