Robert Racco, 25, of 731 Holyoke Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation until Aug. 14, 2015. He was found to be guilty of a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Adam J. Unterreiner, 22, of 43 Oakcrest Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Ronald G. Winstead, 43, of 85 Williams St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Yuliya B. Mosijchuk, 28, of 1000 Newgate Road, Suffield, Connecticut, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 24 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Gary A. Hackett, 61, of 156 Granville Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness and threatening to commit a crime brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90. In a separate case also brought by Southwick police, Hackett submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for intimidating a witness and threatening to commit a crime and again the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year.
Jennifer M. Oram, 21, of 21 Highland St., Ware, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim when she submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police. The charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months and she was assessed $50.
Kenneth A. Kratovil, 37, of 47 Broad St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
