Jesse Pierce, 43, of 15 Maple St., was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Feb. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Thaddeus J. Stone, 51, of 8A Cycle St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300, found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Christopher R. Hall, 24, of 132 Northridge Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Felix M. Rivera, 35, of 76 Knollwood St., Springfield, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Aimee L. Flores, 36, of 134 Caseland St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of distribution of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation one year. She was assessed $90 and a $300 drug analysis fee.
Sonya M. Murray, 32, of an address restricted by the court, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 5 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas A. Spiess, 20, of 444 Huntington Road, Worthington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and carrying a dangerous weapon brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be responsible for charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, speeding, a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and a marked lanes violation.
Albert Hannah, 75, of 16C Depot St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by a Southwick resident and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Jason W. Savage, 37, of 15 Maple St., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a March 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and conspiracy brought by Westfield police.
Mark A. Curran Jr., 29, of 71 Kittredge Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
