Viktor S. Ovcharenko, 50, of 50 Southampton Road, was placed on pretrial probation until July 19 on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Richard Adams, 20, of 524 Armory St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a February 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Nathan Leblanc, 21, of 300 E. Main St., Chicopee, was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a February 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, possession to distribute a counterfeit drug, failure to stop for police, two counts of failure to stop/yield, speeding, failure to signal, marked lane violations, negligent operation of motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
