Kathleen M. Buotte, 62, of 41 Warfield Drive, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 22 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police.
Cailyn M. Sears, 28, of 4 Oak St., Gill, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of permitting unlicensed operation a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Jonathan M. Roberts, 49, of 4 Waterman Ave., East Longmeadow, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Southwick police and was assessed $50. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Christopher D. Mann, 45, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Michael L. Wright, 40, of 24 Belmont St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and a charge of disorderly conduct brought by State Police.
Donald R. Wright, 31, of 14 Laurel Road, Huntington, was ordered to stay away from and enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and a charge of disorderly conduct brought by State Police.
Keith Knowlton, 41, of 1430 Russell Road in Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Nicholas Suska, 23, of 1023 North Westfield Street in Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
Linda Kelso, 27, of 14 Laurel Road in Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing under the condition that she stay away from and make no threats or violence towards the alleged victim after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Kimberly Wilson, 33, of 76 Lucerne Road in Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance after submitting to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
