Andrew J. McGill, 19, of 26 Winter St., Duxbury, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police.
Darrin D. Smith, 47, of 9 Laurie Drive, Enfield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense), operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Christopher M. Greenwood, 22, of 41 Nash Hill Road, Williamsburg, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and ordered to stay away from the alleged victim when was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
William L. Sanchez, 45, of 10 King Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class B drug, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Timothy E. Fitzgerald, 21, of 35 Shoreham St., Quincy, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
Sandra J. Bein, 60, of 67 Orange St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. She was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation
