Alberto Morales Jr., 39, of 42 Chapel St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle in violation of its license class brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and was assessed $100.
Aaron P. Rosenfield, 25, of 353 South Lane, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and failure to wear a seatbelt brought by Westfield police.
Jesse J. Martin, 37, of 22 Reservoir Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed $50.
Craig Zarlengo, 25, of 24 Irene Street, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Jordan A. Blasenak, 25, of 106 N. Maple St., Florence, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Blandford police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay court costs of $100.

Nicholas J. Disanto, 24, of 69 City View Boulevard, pleaded guilty to three charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to three concurrent one year terms in the house of correction. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Disanto pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced to another concurrent one year term. He submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of intimidating a witness and was assessed $90. A charge of home invasion was not prosecuted. In addition, Disanto was found to have violated probation imposed in July, 2012, for charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 and alternative sentences mandated for those charges, a two year term and a one year term in the house of correction, were ordered to be also served concurrently.
Jhamal Cruz, 23, of 221 Bay St., Springfield, saw charges of assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charges in superior court.
Patti J. Rigg, 53, of 1104 Huntington Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and she was found to be responsible for a number plate violation.
Shawn Daniels, 20, of 55 Paulk Terrace, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment. He also submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a second charge of trespass also brought by Westfield State University police and that charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Jose Olan, 25, of 18 Driscott St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Laura E. Leja, 37, of 1311 Blandford Road, Russell, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in her possession brought by State Police and was assessed $35. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Christopher Peluso, 35, of 28 Autumn St., Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted. He was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and was assessed $100.

Jasmine J. Kaempfer, 23, of 6 Thomas St. Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by the Westfield police. She was ordered to return to court for a pretrial hearing on April 9, 2013.
