William J. Emerson, 40, of 49 Taylor Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery on public employee, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, crosswalk violation and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Raul A. Rodriguez, 35, of 1089 Worthington St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 24 after being arraigned on charges of felony breaking and entering vehicle or boat in the nighttime and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
