Fitzsimmons, 29, of 421 North Main St., Apt. 6, Northampton, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending an Aug. 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation and malicious destruction of property +$250, brought by Westfield Police.
