Jonathan L. Westbrook, 26, of 76 Davis Road, Southwick, received an 18-month sentence to the House of Corrections after pleading guilty to heroin possession, assault and battery on a household member, two counts of uttering a false check, attempting to commit a crime and larceny over $250 , brought by the Southwick Police.
Danny W. Buteau, 50, of 35 Summit St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, brought by the Westfield Police.
