James J. Loughery, Jr., 36, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, received six months probation with probation fee waived after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failing to stop for police were continued without finding, brought by Southwick police.
Paula Greenough, 47, of 17 Renny Ave., Southwick, received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to stay away from the victim after charges of unauthorized access to a computer system were continued without finding, brought by Rusell State Police.
Luis Colon, 42, of 105 Washburn St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of motor vehicle lights violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by State Police Russell.
Louis K. Dombek, 27, of 49 Jefferson St., A2, received three months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation, charges to be dismissed upon payment of $100, after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding and was found not responsible for charges of not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas R. Mello, 25, of 24.5 Crown St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and reckless endangerment of a child, brought by Westfield police.
James H. Chevalier, 48, of 17 McKinley Terrace, Apt. 2 FL, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, brought by Westfield police.
