Cesar E. Quinto, 36, of 126 Union St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, brought by the Westfield Police.
Thomas G. Finn, 62, of 39 Pinecrest Dr., Westfield, received a 127-day suspended sentence to House of Corrections, as well as 14-day inpatient treatment, after pleading guilty to second offense operating under the influence of liquor, brought by the State Police of Westfield.
Franscisco J. Echevarria, 18, of 10 Cowles St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police and speeding, brought by the Westfield Police.
Anthony T. DiSanto, 35, of Westfield, was held in lieu of $100 bail at House of Corrections pending an Aug. 30 hearing after being arraigned on two charges of shoplifting by asportation, one count of larceny over $250, one count of larceny under $250 and seven counts of receiving stolen property, brought by the Westfield Police.
